Living in Arizona since 1993 has provided Cynthia with an amazing connection to the marketplace. Coupled with a passion for real estate, marketing, and home staging she is able to provide clients with personalized and experienced guidance as they buy and sell property. A background in new construction home sales where she worked with a large volume of home buyers was the start to her Real Estate career.
Cynthia is one of a small percentage of Realtors who is also an Accredited Staging Professional and Certified Negotiation Expert. These specialties allow her to maximize your home’s potential and provide both buyers and sellers with leverage in all areas of the sales process.

In addition to working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, practicing hot yoga, volunteering at the local elementary school, volunteering with the elderly and watching baseball!
